Basically, Hiresites helps recruiters find higher quality individuals, by putting together a network of websites where they can go to attract potential candidates. The candidates that they are targeting are not individuals who are actively looking for a position, but are interested in new opportunities. Whereas there are sites such as Monster and HotJobs that actively target job seekers, we are targeting individuals who are happy where they currently are, but are open to something better.
